COVID PROTOCOLS AT ALLEY REP
Health and safety is our priority and we will be working closely in collaboration with health and safety professionals, who will continue to guide us in the weeks and months ahead. The safety of our audience, cast, crew, and community is an ever-fixed star.
Vaccination – Alley Repertory Theater requires that audience members attest that have been fully vaccinated against the COVID 19 Virus (or have tested negative in the last 72-hours prior to attending a performance.) Attestation is required at the time of purchasing a ticket.
Masks – Masks are required to be worn when entering VAC, when moving to and from your seat, and while viewing art or socializing away from your seat.
Reduced contact – Ticket scanning will be contactless and staff will be equipped with masks
Sanitizing – There will be enhanced and frequent cleaning of high-traffic surfaces, as well as more hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue
Alley Rep. will continue to closely monitor local, state, and federal policies regarding indoor activities and plan our safety protocols accordingly. Specific health & safety protocols are subject to change and will be clearly communicated to ticket holders in advance of their performance. Decisions regarding Covid policies for each production will be made closer to those production start dates, and will be based on current conditions, consultation with health experts, and CDC guidelines.
In recognition of the great uncertainty created by the pandemic, we have reviewed our ticket policies to make sure we are as flexible and accommodating as possible in the event you are unable to attend a performance.
While we believe in our theater hearts the show must go on, we are committed to the health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff. Should the need arise to cancel any of our performances during our 2021/2022 season, we will respect and honor all refund requests.
For our patrons, we ask for your help as well. Please do not attend if you are feeling at all unwell, our box office will happily reschedule your tickets, or issue a refund.
