The Alley Fan Pass is the flexible season ticket that gives you the ultimate freedom to choose how & when to use your tickets during the current season. Used in any combination for any of the shows in the season, you can see the same show multiple times or invite friends to see all shows. The choice is yours!
Alley Fan Passes must be used in the current season. They will not transfer or carry over to the following season.
After purchasing your Alley Fan Pass, you will receive an email confirmation that gives your redemption coupon code and step by step instructions on how to redeem your season tickets.

How to Redeem Alley Fan Pass
- Go to www.alleyrep.org
- Go to Shows & Tickets
- Select the production you want to see
- Click “select” on the date you wish to attend
- Choose the # of tickets you want “purchase” in the drop-down field
- Select “I agree” in the drop-down fields for all attestation fields
- Click “continue”
- Enter your redemption coupon code (from your original purchase confirmation) in the field under the total (Enter Gift Card or Coupon Code) and click “Apply”
- You will enter this same redemption coupon code for each of the tickets you are “purchasing” (example: if you are purchasing 4 tickets, you will enter this code & click apply 4 times)
- After you have entered the coupon code and clicked “apply” for the number of tickets you are redeeming, the total due should be zero.
- Please remember, the redemption coupon code is only valid for the remaining number of Alley Fan Pass tickets you have available. If you are purchasing more tickets than what you have available, you will need to pay for the extra ticket(s).
